INFORMAZIONI ALL’INTERESSATO RIGUARDO IL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI

Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Reg. UE 2016/679

La società DB ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS S.r.l. è il Titolare del trattamento dei dati da Lei forniti e, attraverso il presente documento, vuole mettere a Sua disposizione dettagliate indicazioni riguardo il loro utilizzo e la loro protezione.

Finalità e basi giuridiche

I dati personali da Lei forniti ed acquisiti dal Titolare verranno trattati per adempiere alle obbligazioni assunte in sede di contrattazione preliminare e definitiva, oltre che per assolvere a tutte quelle attività connesse al contratto e imposte per legge.

In particolare, dunque, i dati da Lei forniti saranno utilizzati ai sensi dell’art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) e c) del Regolamento UE 2016/679, per le seguenti finalità:

1. esecuzione e gestione della richiesta espressa nel form di contatto;

2. svolgimento di tutte le attività connesse alla richiesta, comprese quelle amministrative, contabili e/o fiscali;

3. adempimento a specifici obblighi derivanti da leggi, regolamenti e/o ordini dell’Autorità connessi;

4. esercitare i diritti del Titolare del trattamento in sede di contenzioso giudiziario;

Per Sua tutela si precisa che i dati a Lei richiesti sono solo quelli strettamente necessari all’espletamento delle presenti finalità, in osservanza del principio di minimizzazione di cui all’art. 5 par. 1, lettera c) e che, pertanto, il loro mancato conferimento non potrà che causare l’impossibilità di portare a compimento quanto concordato.

Dati oggetto di trattamento

I dati che Le abbiamo chiesto e che saranno oggetto di attività di trattamento per le finalità appena sopra indicate possono definirsi come:

  • Dati identificativi: (cognome, nome, indirizzo di residenza/domicilio effettivo);

  • Dati di contatto: (indirizzo e-mail e numero di telefono fisso o cellulare);

  • Oggetto della richiesta

Modalità di trattamento

Il trattamento sarà svolto in forma sia manuale che informatizzata, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dall’art. 32 del Regolamento UE 2016/679, ad opera del Titolare del trattamento o di soggetti da lui appositamente incaricati e nominati.

Ai sensi dell’art. 4 par. 2, si specifica che il trattamento può consistere in qualsiasi operazione o insieme di operazioni come la raccolta, la registrazione, la conservazione, l’adattamento e la modifica, l’estrazione, la consultazione, la comunicazione, la limitazione, la cancellazione o la distruzione.

Periodo di conservazione

Il Titolare del trattamento conserverà i Suoi dati per tutto il periodo necessario ad adempiere alla richiesta e per i successivi 10 anni.

Comunicazione dei dati

Al fine di adempiere alle finalità della presente Informativa e con le modalità di cui al paragrafo precedente, potremmo comunicare i Suoi dati a:

  • Agenzia delle Entrate;

  • Banche ed istituti di credito;

  • Enti pubblici e apparati amministrativi della P.A.;

  • Autorità giudiziarie;

  • Altre imprese partner;

  • A tutti quei soggetti ai quali la comunicazione sia obbligatoria per legge.

Tali soggetti tratteranno i Suoi dati in qualità di autonomi titolari di trattamento.

L’elenco aggiornato dei Responsabili esterni del trattamento, invece, è conservato presso la sede legale del Titolare del trattamento.

Quali sono i Suoi diritti e come esercitarli

In qualità di interessato, Le sono riconosciuti i diritti di cui agli artt. dal 15 al 22 del Regolamento UE 2016/679, ove applicabili, che consistono in:

  • Accesso;

  • Rettifica;

  • Cancellazione;

  • Limitazione;

  • Reclamo a un’Autorità di controllo;

INFORMATION TO THE DATA SUBJECT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679

The company DB ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS S.r.l. is the Data Controller of the data provided by you and, through this document, wants to make available to you detailed information regarding their use and protection.

Purposes and legal bases

The personal data provided by you and acquired by the Data Controller will be processed to fulfill the obligations assumed during the preliminary and definitive bargaining, as well as to perform all those activities related to the contract and imposed by law.

In particular, the data you provide will be used pursuant to art. 6 par. 1, letter b) and c) of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:

1. execution and management of the request expressed in the contact form ;

2. carrying out all activities related to the request, including administrative, accounting and /or tax;

3. fulfillment of specific obligations deriving from laws, regulations and / or orders of the related Authority;

4. exercise the rights of the Data Controller in judicial litigation;

For your protection, it should be noted that the data requested from you are only those strictly necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes, in compliance with the principle of minimization referred to in Article 5 paragraph 1, letter c) and that, therefore, their failure to provide them can only cause the impossibility of completing what has been agreed.

Data subject to processing

The data that we have requested from you and that will be subject to processing activities for the purposes indicated above can be defined as:

  • Identification data: (surname, first name, address of residence / actual domicile);

  • Contact details: (e-mail address and landline or mobile phone number);

  • Subject of the request

Processing methods

The treatment will be carried out both manually and electronically, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by the Data Controller or by persons specifically appointed and appointed by him.

Pursuant to art. 4 par. 2, it is specified that the processing may consist of any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, storage, adaptation and modification, extraction, consultation, communication, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

Retention period

The Data Controller will keep your data for the entire period necessary to fulfill the request and for the following 10 years.

Communication of data

In order to fulfill the purposes of this Policy and in the manner referred to in the previous paragraph, we may communicate your data to:

  • Banks and credit institutions;

  • P.A.;

  • Judicial authorities;

  • Other partner companies;

  • To all those subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law.

These subjects will process your data as independent data controllers.

The updated list of external Data Processors, on the other hand, is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.

What are your rights and how to exercise them

As an interested party, you are granted the rights referred to in Articles. from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, where applicable, which consist of:

  • Access;

  • Rectification;

  • Cancellation;

  • Limitation;

  • Complaint to a Supervisory Authority;
